Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join their client's team in California. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively manage dispatch operations and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the daily dispatch of drivers and vehicles.
• Monitor real-time logistics and adjust schedules as necessary to meet customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, providing them with accurate and timely information.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and driver logs.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during dispatch operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Hours:

Standard work hours, Monday through Friday, with potential for occasional overtime or weekend work as needed to meet operational demands.
